Stand up paddle surfing  (SUP) is an offshoot of surfing that originated in Hawaii.  The average size of the board is from 2.7 till 3.6 meter

Stand Up paddle in Amsterdam is unique because Amsterdam is build on water. When “standing” on the water you see the city from another viewpoint. See the beautiful canal houses and enjoy the variety of boats passing by.

We have selected a few area’s to experience the paddle boarding in Amsterdam at its best.
